“Many years ago - somewhere in the beginning, fascinated by nature, I wanted to become a botanist - but I became a dancer. Auditioning at the Folkwang dance department in Essen/Germany changed everything - because: I was accepted, and henceforth the ongoing dialogue between free will and destiny unfolded. I fell in love with the power of movement and expression, yet quickly encountered the harsh realities of professional dance education - the disillusionment alongside inspiration, frustrated teachers, intrigues, institutional rigidity and the relentless demands to my body to always function - which I transformed into knowing how NOT to teach…

I moved to theatre-making and found a lot of satisfaction in teaching - for me it’s so fulfilling helping others realising and achieving their visions.
I was running a theatre, international performing arts festivals and my own independent choreographic theatre company, touring internationally and winning awards - whilst facing the complexities of politics and nepotism in the arts. I edited and directed films and discovered my love for photography.
And each chapter built upon the last, shaping the next…

I have traveled extensively, embracing new cultures, languages, and perspectives that continue to enrich who I am and what I bring to my work.
Time and time again, I discovered that it is not what I do but how I do it - often realising that the real struggle for collaborators, colleagues, students, and myself often lays not in knowledge or skills, but in belief patterns and deeply ingrained inner voices whispering doubts into the subconscious.
This journey paved the way to my current work as a holistic life and health coach, and my initiation in the traditional Kejaven healing tradition.

This site reflects my ongoing story of reinvention, growth, and the relentless desire to explore new horizons while honouring every step that brought me to who I am now. I hold in deep gratitude the countless encounters with inspiring souls along the way...”
